Our Thai office staff will work closely with your Thai staff to ensure everything is hassle-free.

They will deal with all of the necessary paperwork required to complete your duty-free vehicle purchase. All we require from you is a confirmation letter via Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to your Embassy / Organization confirming your duty-free status and a copy of your diplomatic passport, we will handle the rest!

Once we know your budget and the vehicle you require, we will ask you for a deposit that is one third of the total price. This will enable us to secure your vehicle and give us confirmation that you are genuinely interested in your purchase. Following the receipt of the chassis numbers from our agent, we will then pay the balance of your car and request that you complete the balance payment of your vehicle by cash or bank transfer within two days, in Thai Baht or USD. (We cannot bring your car into Thailand without your guarantee of purchase and D.P.1. Without that, we would be unable to sell it into the general market place without us paying tax, plus numerous other complications with imports into Thailand!)

All of our costs will be included in the price of your vehicle, however, we will need to charge you for any delay at the port of delivery IF YOUR OFFICE has not completed their side of the paperwork (D.P.1.) in time. The ports charge a daily rate for storage.

Rest Assured, the (pre-owned) vehicles we supply are inspected and of the highest standard. Purchasing cars of a lesser standard would damage our reputation, which is highly sought after and revered within the diplomatic community. We can arrange for the collection and servicing of your vehicle at recognized service centers near your office if you are too busy to do it yourself, however, this additional service would require and additional fee.
